What is WiGetFood?

WiGetFood is a governed foodstuff marketplace powered by NAWARTER LIMITED. It connects buyers with approved sellers and approved logistics providers through a controlled order, payment, delivery, dispute, and payout workflow.

Can buyers contact sellers directly?

No. WiGetFood protects buyer, seller, and logistics private contact information. Orders, delivery, disputes, returns, refunds, and support must go through the platform workflow.

Why are sellers and logistics providers verified?

Verification reduces fraud, improves accountability, protects buyers, and helps WiGetFood control who can sell or deliver through the marketplace.

How does payment work?

Buyers pay through the approved WiGetFood payment flow. Payment status, delivery status, receipt confirmation, dispute status, and admin governance control settlement and payout release.

Does WiGetFood ask for card PIN, OTP, CVV, or passwords?

No. WiGetFood support will never ask for card PIN, OTP, CVV, password, or bank login details. Users should not share those details with anyone.

Why can delivery fee require admin review?

Some orders require manual or admin-reviewed delivery quotes because of weight, city, state, route, logistics coverage, vehicle type, or operational risk.

Can perishable goods be returned?

Perishable goods are restricted. Buyers should inspect goods at delivery before confirming receipt. Refund or return review depends on evidence, order records, delivery records, and whether seller, logistics, or platform fault is confirmed.

How do I raise a dispute?

Use the dispute/support route where available and include your order reference, issue type, clear description, photos, screenshots, delivery notes, or other evidence.

When are sellers and logistics providers paid?

Payout depends on payment status, delivery completion, receipt confirmation, dispute status, and admin approval. WiGetFood may block or delay payout where there is a governance, fraud, delivery, or dispute issue.
